Technology Fees:
-A Technology fee of $2-25 is charged per patient booked through the marketplace or from Customer's personalized online website clinic. For example: services such as waxing small areas incur a $2 fee. Higher cost services such as body sculpting incur a $25 fee. AZOVA collects payments for services upon patient registration and pays Customer the collected amount less the technology fee each month.
